The Council’s legal department are in talks with Wimpey over the adoption of the play area and until the adoption is complete all three developers of Harrowgate Farm remain responsible for the maintenance of the play area. I’ve received some concerns from residents and the Council department responsible for dealing with this have asked Wimpy to addresses these concerns.
