| On Thursday the 20th December 2007 between 10am and 7pm McInerney Homes North East are to present their proposed residential development of the former Beaumont Hill School Sites at Harrowgate CIU Club on Salter's Lane.
You are invited to this informal exhibition and make your comments on the proposed residential development.
A member of the McInerney Team will be present between the hours of 4pm and 7pm to answer any questions. Any comments on the proposals can be made on the comments forms at the exhibition. What are they proposing?
At the former Senior School site (site 1) they are proposing to build; 18 two-bedroom apartments, 5 two-bedroom houses and 33 three-bedroom houses.
At the former Middle School site (site 2) they are proposing to build; 1 two-bedroom bungalow, 8 two-bedroom houses, 18 three-bedroom houses and 12 four-bedroom houses.
At the former Junior School site (site 3) they are proposing to build; 1 two-bedroom bungalow, 5 two-bedroom houses, 17 three-bedroom houses and 9 four-bedroom houses.
The information I have received from McInerney Homes today (15th December 2007) says; "The combination of first rate customer service and technical know how is what enables us to provide high quality homes at an affordable price."
